Deposits
A 50% deposit is required in advance for all Bookings of 1.5 hours or longer. Deposit is required to be processed at least 2 business days before appointment for Adelaide bookings (this is because with both methods it takes 2 business days for the payment to reach my account).
A 50% deposit is required for Dinner and Dessert Specials in Adelaide.
For Dinner Bookings, Overnight and Weekend Indulgences and Longer bookings, a 50% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance on the day. (Confirmation of the booking, means that I have agreed to date and time and you have accepted the fee quoted and wish to proceed with making a booking)
Deposits are non refundable, but should you need to cancel and give appropriate notice, can be used for another date.
I will contact you with details of how to pay deposit once I confirm your appointment.
Should I not be able to keep our appointment for any reason, the deposit will be returned to you in full within 24 hours of my notification and your advice of where you wish the funds remitted to.
Please do not pay the full amount of the booking as a deposit without consulting me prior. IF you do so and subsequently cancel, the funds will be held as credit for a future booking.
Cancellation Fee
Please be aware that I have a cancellation Policy.
Where a deposit has been paid, this will be held in credit for a future booking, provided it is rebooked within 3 months (Except where I cancel the booking)
2 hours standard bookings or longer, Dinner and Dessert, Overnight, Weekend and longer bookings carry a flat 50% cancellation fee (ie your deposit), for cancellations made within 7 working days of your appointment time. Cancellations made on the day for incur a 100% cancellation fee (which mean you would forfeit deposit, and would need to pay the additional amount)
Cancellation fee may be applied as a credit on a future appointment, if you cancel with at least a week's notice and if you rebook within 3 months.
Unfortunately amounts paid for travel expenses cannot be reimbursed, but a credit will be given on future appointment if made within 3 mths.
For bookings at your hotel, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booking fee. (ie deposit is forfeit)
If you make an appointment and fail to show up or show me the courtesy of cancelling your appointment (this also includes when you don't bother to contact me to confirm your arrangement at least two hours prior), a cancellation fee is payable. If you wish to rebook an appointment at a future time you will need to pay my fee in advance plus any cancellation fee owing.
